I take pictures for Seattle's large events, like Fourth of July and Seafair Weekend. I also shoot landscape to show how beautiful Seattle city is. [audio description]: Dixin's colorful photos. Mount Rainier with bright cherry blossoms. Then, a pink and purple Seattle sunset. (DIXIN): When I go out, sidewalk is important for me. Sidewalk enables me to do the job. [audio description]: Dixin rollin along a sidewalk beside a large street. (DIXIN): Just a few weeks ago I was shooting the Blue Angels air show. The sidewalk was uneven and my wheelchair hit the curb and immediately stopped. I just flew to the front and fell on the ground. My phone screen smashed, the camera is broke, and I scratched my hands and my knees. So right now my wheel and my foot plate fight against each other when I'm using my wheelchair. If the sidewalk is not in good shape, it's not only inconvenient, it's also dangerous. [audio description]: A child in a stroller rolls passed Dixin. (DIXIN): It's very important to enforce the maintenance of the sidewalk and to have everyone safe, yeah. [NARRATOR]: Produced by Rooted in Rights. END OF TRANSCRIPT
